Helispecs Helicopter Maintenance Ltd was formed as a helicopter maintenance organisation. Heliquipment, our manufacturing division, makes quality accessories for helicopters.

Roger Maisey has 30 years experience in helicopter maintenance. He founded Helispecs in 2001. In recent years he has moved into equipment design and manufacture. This began when Roger saw a gap in the market for a quality R44 Spray System. Since then other accessory systems have been developed as opportunities arose.

• R44 Baggage Pods
• Helipower battery installations 
• Ground handling wheels

Helispecs and Heliquipment are located 10 km from Taupo at 1067 Poihipi Rd. There is a purpose-built hangar and workshop.
